To Contact Jennie or Send Support:

For financial support for Jennie or Finding the Way, mail to:

Grace Covenant Community Church is my sending organization.  I receive a monthly salary via GCCC based on what money has been given for support.  This allows me to live and work in Uganda in order to do the work with Finding the Way.

If you have a heart to give toward this account, it would be really appreciated.  You could give on a regular basis or even once and a while.  If you want to give regularly, you can send monthly, or you can set up an auto-pay from your account to the church.

You can contact the church for auto-pay, or simply write a check, and put “Jennie Crawford support” in the memo blank or a note with the gift.  All gifts are tax-deductible.  If you need more information, just call or email the church.  They will be glad to talk with you.

Grace Covenant Community Church, 99 Cafe Lane, Middleburg, PA  17842   www.g3c.net; gccc1@verizon.net  (570) 837-5809

You can give to Finding the Way toward the Adopt-a-village work.  The easiest way to do this is to go to the website www.findingthewayafrica.org and click the “Donate” button found on any page to pay via PayPal using your debit/credit card.  This is a secure transaction, and you will still receive a tax-deductible receipt.  You can certainly send a check to the church as well.  Be sure to put “Finding the Way” in the memo blank or on a note.

TO STAY IN TOUCH:

  • The best way to reach me in general is via email:  jbcrawfordftw@hotmail.com
  • Or you can chat on skype, www.skype.com .  You can download Skype for free onto your computer.  you create a username for yourself.  my username is jenniebethcrawford, so you can search for me by putting that in.  Then, you can chat, talk, or view on a webcam to connect live.  the problem here is that because my connection is so slow, it barely works to use the webcam or even talk.  but, chatting is usually good.  a few days a week, i am at the office, so when it’s morning in the states – up til noon, you might catch me on. set up a time so that we can both be on.  but, it’s be swell when it works.
  • Here is my cell #:  (+or 00) 256 773 859 352. my phone has trouble receiving calls from the u.s. though, if you try again and again in a row, you have a better chance at getting through.   my phone has received a few calls, but sometimes you must try again and again.  if you use skype to call my phone, that works.  my parents do that.
  • My mailing address follows. don’t bother to send stuff anymore, honestly.  there are lots of things people have sent that i’ve never received.  if you REALLY need to, then send it FedEx and email me to ask for where to do that.
  • Post a comment on the blog. you can post comments here on the site – on any page or with any post.  i always know when they are posted and try to repond.
  • Come and see me and serve!  for reals.  come do some work on go on safari.  stay with me and hang.  so many of you have already vacationed with me on the rez; this is just a little further.  and in all seriousness, there are ppl for reals planning to come.  first off grace covenant comm., the supporting church from above, is for sure planning to send ppl, i know some ftw ppl are for sure hoping to come.  so, you could maybe tag along.  but also, you could get some ppl together to come and invest in a village or idp camp.  or, truly, just come yourself or with your family, too.  volunteer vacation.  and relational ministry to me.  so, come on over!

I want the accent!!!!!!!!!!! I just love it. See ya- enjoy London…Love, Jealous

    hey cornfield-
well, the whole world is better off for having your comments in public. sure, i’ll pick up something for you here in london, take it to uganda, hold on to it however long til i return to the states (since you’ll never come to see me), and then give it to you. but, i’ll call you and use the cool accent sometime! silly.

Cool pics of London- they make me talk really cool when I look at them. I love that clock and the buses and the red phone booth. Love, Cornfield

wow corny, i would LOVE TO HEAR your british accent. i think you should use it for aerobics next week. that would be hilarious, not that aerobics with you isn’t already hilarious! you could be like, “this bloody exercise is too hard, yeah? a bit too much, isn’t it?” say that with the accent!! haha yeah, i love how the buses and booths are red – gives a fun splash of color. the clock is big ben – part of parliament building – like their capital bldg. i think you’d be more impressed with the dessert i had! i am here at my 8 hour layover in dubai – in the middle east. the airport is pretty nice. so, i’m killin time. toodles!
